Washington County Horse Council Equestrian Scholarship

The Washington County Horse Council is pleased to announce the establishment of a fund with the Maryland 4-H Foundation to provide scholarships each year to 4-H youth who have shown leadership and service through equestrian based projects.

We are currently seeking donations from interested individuals and businesses in the county in order to fully endow this fund so that it will provide scholarships to deserving youth for decades to come. These donations are tax deductible.
