The Washington County Horse Council, its officers and members are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss of property as a result of any activities conducted in relationship to this Show.
Proof of current (Within past 12 months) negative Coggins required at registration.
No alcoholic drinks allowed.
Short stirrup/Novice classes are limited to beginning riders and must be ridden at a walk or trot. Cantering is not allowed. In the event that a horse breaks into a canter, the rider will be disqualified if the horse is not brought immediately back to a trot or walk.
Youth classes are limited to individuals ages 16 and under (walk/trot/canter).
Adult classes open to individuals ages 17 and over.
All individuals required to wear a properly secured ASTM/SEI riding helmet.
Classes will be placed according to the official time.
Breaking the pattern or recrossing the starting line after the timer has started before the pattern is complete will result in disqualification.
For the flag race, a five second penalty is added if the flag does not remain upright in the container after the rider leaves it.
